Quality Management:

The essence of Yotat's management is strict quality control.  All the products are manufactured under the rigorous implementation of ISO 9001 global quality system.  Knowing that the consolidation on quality for products is the key point for long-term business, Yotat provides a complete QA program to make sure good and stable quality. The QA service covers from raw material sourcing, production management and pre-delivery on site inspection.

We 100% guarantee for our product quality, we promise to make 11 replacement for the defective found under normal use and services within warranty period.

Easy Returns & Exchanges:

1. Goods may be returned or replaced subject to product defects only within the warranty period. Under this condition, the customer is entitled to returning the goods to the supplier with full refund or requesting for replacement with the shipping cost form the supplier’s location to the customers’ at the supplier’s expenses during the valid warranty period.

2. Returns and replacements will be honored after inspection by the suppler on claimed defective products in order to verify the supplier’s products series code.

3. Pertaining to clause 2, the customer will be required to send the sample defective products (at least take some photos) to the supplier for the purpose of inspection

Non-responsibility:

Except the quality responsibility, we won't replace or return product in case of the following situations: 

1. Products which do not belong to our company or lack of signal mark to be recognized.
2. Products over the expiring date
                                                                                     
3.
Product is damaged as a result of improper handling, storage, or misuse.
4. Improper use, abuse or manually damage in transportation.
5. Printer consumable products used over 50% consumption.
6. RMA products are damaged by improper packing and rough handling on the way to return.
7. Discounted products for promotion purpose.
8. Other immune terms written in Sales Confirmation.
9. Products are refilled or refitted
10. The weight of the returned ink cartridge is less than our standard
